An unoptimized query in relation to the ratings was causing the whole server to crash. Since I don't have time to fix it right now I just wiped the ratings table. This is temporary and I have made a backup of all previous ratings. I will restore them as soon as time allows it. This was the only quick way to bring the site back online. Sorry for the inconvenience!!
